Cookie Policy
Effective date: April 20, 2026
Last updated: April 20, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Weddify uses cookies and similar technologies on our website (weddify.com) and through interactions with our mobile apps. Read this together with our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember your actions and preferences (language, login state, etc.) and help us understand how the site is used. "Similar technologies" includes local storage, session storage, and device identifiers that perform equivalent functions in the mobile apps.
What we currently use
Strictly necessary
These are required for the site and apps to function. Without them, features like login, language selection, and checkout wouldn't work.
- Session tokens — keep you logged in while you're using Weddify.
- CSRF protection tokens — protect against cross-site request forgery.
- Language preference — remembers the language you selected so we don't ask every visit.
Payment (Stripe)
When you click a link that opens Stripe Checkout or the Stripe-hosted onboarding flow, Stripe sets its own cookies to secure the payment session and prevent fraud. Stripe's cookies are covered by Stripe's privacy policy. We do not receive those cookies or their contents.
Analytics
We currently do not use any third-party analytics, behavioural advertising, or tracking cookies on weddify.com.
If we add analytics in the future (for example, to understand which sections of the site are most useful), we will update this policy and — for visitors in jurisdictions where consent is required — present a cookie banner asking for your permission before setting any non-essential cookies.
Mobile app identifiers
Our mobile apps use device identifiers provided by Apple (iOS) and Google (Android) for push notification delivery and crash reporting. We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA / AAID) or cross-app tracking.
Managing cookies
Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can refuse cookies, delete existing ones, or be notified when a site tries to set a new one. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may break parts of the site — in particular, login and checkout flows will not work.
Useful browser instructions: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.
Changes
If we add new cookies or change how we use existing ones, we will update this policy and — where legally required — ask for your renewed consent.
